Build your own H8 simulator!

Several projects appeared based around the Lego RCX and the Cybiko. This web page has links for a bunch of user generated H8 development tools for Cybiko's H8S and the Lego H8/300H based products.

This web page includes some interesting links to H8 disassemblers and GCC resources.
