M16C XMK project

the tasks have been tested to run on SKP boards- /26, /28, /62P and on RSK boards- /26A(no visual output) and on MSV3062 board with /6N4 device(single LED for visual output, using /62P ouptut file). Contains projects for M16C/26, M16C/26A, M16C/28 and M16C/62P. Tested on SKP boards for /26, /28, /62P using FoUSB emulator and E8 emulator. Tested on RSK board for /26A using E8 emulator- runs fine but no output to see, since functions need to be modified. Tested on MSV3062 board with a M16C/6N4 device using both FoUSB emulator and E8 emulator- runs fine and only LED3 provides visual indication of operation. In every case breakpoints can be reached in each of the tasks.

Renesas Starter Kit Project: Pedestrian Crossing

This is a simple HEW4 project for the RSK25 kit that uses the LCD, buttons and potentiometer to simulate a pedestrian crossing. It features a "multi-threaded" programming approach.
