Xin_Switch_R8C17: This module will switch the R8C/17 MCU from the low-speed OCO to the external crystal attached to the Xin/Xout pins. Note that the delay values used for the startup of the Xin crystal are rough estimates and need to be evaluated on an individual basis. The delay can be increased by upping the value of the for loop count for additional delay time.
