Not able to play IMA ADPCM file clearly

Hi

I have converted 16 bit mono pcm source to 11kh 4 bit mono IMA adpcm ,adpcm4_m16c.lib can play but it is not very clear it has lot of noise, So if any one know which utility to convert or anyone familiar with this problem please repy.

Contact your local Renesas sales organization and ask them about the S2 Audio library. They should be able to give you a CD. RenesasRulz doesn't have permission (yet) to post all of the support files for S2.
