You sure dont make it obvious how tu upload files and projects. I've searched around for several minutes and still havent figured it out. Seems like a good topic for FAQs. It should be more painless to share my work. Thanks.
JT,
Once you've "added" the description and ZIP to your member folder, you just need to choose "submit" in the upper right corner.
Go back to your folder and find the item. Edit it and select "submit" and "save".
When one of the site-admins reviews it, the submission will change to "published" and will be moved to the correct folder.
Thanks for the tip. I got a file uploaded, but how come the text message with the file cant be formatted at all. I just want to make paragraphs, but all the paragraphs are just run together. I want this to be easy to read by people. Any way to break the text into paragraphs, besides add another file?
We could ask the webmaster to tweak the "add file" object so it includes an HTML text description field.
However, the fastest fix is to upload the file to your folder, and do a full description in another "page." You could link the description to the download using an internal web-link in the description.
This is an example of such a link: M16C XMK project
