Hi.

You can check out this too:
http://www.cc.puv.fi/~jd/renesas.html

It is version 1.1.1 of LwIP for the M16C and M32C.
They require uC/OS-II at the moment, but should work with other RTOSes such as XMK, which is available for M16C.
You can also get LwIP to work witout RTOS.

Try uIP . Its a portable TCP/IP stack written for small controllers and processors. Google for Adam Dunkel. Some one has already ported it to renesas controllers..
