This is a project done at North Carolina State University by Dr. Alex Dean.
Purpose:We to see the splash of a falling water droplet, but it is too fast for the human eye.

Solution: Create an embedded system: Digitally Controlled Strobe Light.
In this project they:
Detect droplet before it splashes
Wait an adjustable amount of time
Turn on a strobe light briefly

They used the: M16C QSK26A board
