PDG supports M16C/62P ?

In VER 1.04 PDG, when I try to create project with M3062FGPFP option, I get message

"The version of chip dll is inappropriate"

"There is no correspondant dll to M16C/62P.

This project is not available now".

Do you have any idea about this?

Thanks and Regards.

I don't see that chip/package on the list in my version.

You should be able to use the M3062LFGPGP, as long as you don't use more memory than your chip has (64k flash and 4k RAM). I have not looked close, but I was able to select this chip and create a project.

Don't worry about the flash and ram right now. Just select the 62LFGPFP

chip/package. PDG fills in the memory for you automatically.

Can you make a project this way without error? Do any 62P chip/package variants work?
