- Site
Administration and Purpose. This web site is moderated and
administrated by Renesas Technology America, Inc. (“RTA”) and/or agents
of RTA (collectively the “Site Administrator”). This web site is
intended to provide an informal forum for discussion and exchange of
information, data, text, software, sound, photographs, graphics, video,
messages, tags, or other materials (“Content”) between those who use
Renesas microcontrollers or microprocessors. The Site Administrator
may, and reserves the right to, modify or discontinue this web site or
its Content, and to delete any Content you may provide.

of Terms. Each time you use or cause access to this web site, you
understand that you are creating an Agreement to be bound by these terms of use and this web site's privacy policy,
which is incorporated by reference herein, as amended from time to time
